Product is good material, but I was only able to wear it once. I explained to her what I was having done, The lady chose for me and I trusted her and bought it. Too much compression on butt and hip area. No refund policy So I basically wasted $150.

Very bad customer service I tried on a faja didn’t have some qualities that I was looking for but I still had in consideration on purchasing it I wanted to see others just in case I saw another I liked but the owner was speaking to me rudely bothered of me asking to see others styles All fajas are expensive and we should be able to see them just to make sure we are getting the one we truly feel comfortable being that they are expensive and have no returns I Ben to other places and the other lady’s eaven offer you to see other models of fajas Which is good because they are so many styles we don’t even know what is the new model of fajas is in Don’t recommend at all

First time ever purchasing a girdle from this store and I was extremely impressed by the customer service. Crystal, employee, was very attentive, highly knowledgeable about the products and never once did I feel rushed. She was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I want to say to her manager, you have yourself a remarkable employee and she most definitely deserves a bonus. No, I don't know her but I do know that I went in to your store feeling embarrassed and I didn't want to take up much time. Friendly and helpful service. I tried on a few pieces and ended getting an excellent waist trainer at a reasonable price. I also appreciate how clean it was and their covid protocols that keeps the place clean.

Maybe you want a faja just to wear for a specific occasion? They will break down your faja to a science! Want one that’s just a top? THEY GOT YOU COVERED! Want to try one on but forgot to bring a certain undergarment? THEY DON’T JUDGE! THEY’VE COME PREPARED WITH CLEAN, DISPOSABLE SUPPLIES! (I’m actually serious on this one. They are more prepared than conspiracy theorists are on a zombie apocalypse.) HUGE 5-Star rating. Will definitely come again! (more prepared)
